ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Stacey a wife, a mum, and a newborn, maternity, and family photographer based in Exeter, Devon. I offer relaxed, natural photography sessions across Exeter and the surrounding areas of Devon, either in your home or out in one of the many beautiful local locations. My focus is always on creating a calm, comfortable space where you and your family can simply be yourselves. It’s in these familiar, unhurried moments that the real connections show the laughter, the closeness, and those little bursts of joy that often go unnoticed. As an Exeter newborn, maternity, and family photographer, my approach is gentle and led by you. There’s no need for perfect poses or forced smiles just real moments as they unfold. Whether it’s a newborn session at home, a maternity session in nature, or a family photoshoot in Devon, I quietly capture the moments that matter most. These are the memories that will live on in your photographs, becoming keepsakes your children will one day look back on with love. My love for photography began at school, where I spent hours in the darkroom experimenting and learning. I was always curious, often sneaking back in to play with negatives or spending time in Photoshop bringing ideas to life. From there, I went on to complete a photography apprenticeship, and I’ve continued to grow and refine my style over the years. What I love most about this work is the variety and the people. One day I’m soaking up quiet newborn snuggles, the next I’m being a little bit silly to help your children feel relaxed and at ease. Being trusted to capture your story, just as it is, and create something meaningful for your family to hold onto it’s something I never take for granted. When I’m not behind the camera, life is full in the best kind of way. I’m usually with my three children, surrounded by our two dogs, a cat, chickens, and even pigs (yes, really). And when things do slow down, you’ll find me in my comfies, with a cuppa by the fire pretending I’ve got it all together.

Been using Stacey ever since my little one was born and now I’ll never go anywhere else! Stacey takes the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, and even when she was tiny there was no rush with her shoots. If she needed a break to feed there was no problem. Stacey makes the shoots fun for my daughter now she is older, and it shows in the pictures. The pictures Stacey has taken of my family are just beautiful and I can’t get enough of them. 100% recommend!!
