Pregnancy is such a special and beautiful time filled with quiet excitement, change, and quiet moments that can so easily pass by. These sessions are a gentle way to pause and capture this chapter, creating something you can look back on in the years to come. My approach is relaxed and natural, focusing on the connection between you and your baby, and the soft, in-between moments that make this time so meaningful. There’s no pressure to pose or perform. You’ll be gently guided throughout, with everything kept natural and easy so it all feels calm, comfortable, and true to you.

What to expect

A relaxed and unhurried session, with plenty of space to settle in and feel comfortable. We’ll choose a setting that feels right for you whether that’s a peaceful beach, a woodland walk, or the comfort of your own home. Before your session, we’ll have a relaxed chat so everything feels personal to you, allowing your photographs to reflect your story in an honest and natural way. You’re very welcome to include your partner and any children too, this is about capturing your growing family, just as you are.

When is the best time for a maternity session?

Most mums choose to have their session between 28–32 weeks, when your bump is beautifully visible and you’re still feeling comfortable. That said, this is only a guide, sessions can take place earlier or a little closer to your due date if that feels right for you.

When should I book?

You’re welcome to book at any time, but many choose to get in touch after their 20-week scan to ensure availability.

Session Fee — £80.00

This secures your session and includes:

* A relaxed session from the comfort of your own home or beauty location- Beautiful Beach, or Woodland adventure (60 minutes)

* Gentle guidance throughout

* Professional editing of your images

* A private online gallery to view your photos

This fee will then be deducted from your chosen package.

All collections include high-resolution digital images, delivered via your private online gallery.

Additional digital images or professional prints are also available if you’d like something special for your home.

What should I wear?

Soft, comfortable clothing works beautifully. Flowing fabrics and neutral tones tend to photograph in a natural, timeless way, but the most important thing is that you feel like yourself. I’m always here if you’d like a little guidance.

Where will the session take place?

We’ll choose a location that feels right for you. This might be at home, where everything is calm and familiar, or outdoors somewhere you love like the beach or a quiet woodland spot.

Can my partner or children be included?

Of course. You’re very welcome to include your partner and any children, these sessions are a lovely way to capture this time as a family.

What if I don’t feel confident in front of the camera?

That’s completely normal, and you’re not alone in feeling that way. I’ll gently guide you where needed, but nothing will feel forced. The focus is on natural connection rather than stiff posing.

What if the weather doesn’t go to plan?

If the weather isn’t kind to us, we can reschedule or move your session to your home instead. We’ll decide together what feels best.

Do I need to prepare anything?

There’s no need to overthink it. Just come as you are. If your session is at home, a little natural light and a tidy space can help but it doesn’t need to be perfect.

Your private online gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks.

Each image is carefully edited in a soft, natural way, so it feels just as it did in the moment.

Once your gallery is ready, you can take your time choosing your favourite images or the collection that feels right for you.
